Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice

Counter-Notice Procedure
If material that you have posted has been taken down due to a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notice that contains:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which calculators.iecomm.net may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement
After Receipt of DMCA Notice
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the infringing material
- Notify the content provider, member, or user that we have removed or disabled access to the material
- Terminate repeat infringers’ accounts in appropriate circumstances
After Receipt of Counter-Notice
If we receive a counter-notice, we will:
- Send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party
- Inform them that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days
- Replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10-14 business days after receipt of the counter-notice, unless our designated agent receives notice that a court action has been filed
Modifications to Policy
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
False Claims
Filing false DMCA notices or counter-notices may result in civil or criminal liability.
